What do these Terms cover?
BuyDomainsCrypto is the crypto-only domain shop at buydomainscrypto.net. A .com in the catalog is $12.99 the first year and $12.99 to renew. Top-ups use BTC, BCH, LTC, XMR, ETH, USDT, USDC, BNB, TRX. Signup does not ask for an ID. Registration in this build is a stub. You top up in crypto, an operator credits a USD balance, and you pay catalog orders from that balance. The acceptable-use rules still apply. A failed stub line returns to the balance. Crypto is not sent back to a wallet from these Terms.

1. Who provides the service, and what do these Terms cover?
These pages do not name a separate operating company. The shop is BuyDomainsCrypto at buydomainscrypto.net.
These Terms cover the public site, the account, the cart, the prepaid balance, and orders placed against the catalog. They do not cover a product this shop does not offer, such as hosting, a card payment, or a transfer to another registrar.
The acceptable use policy, the refunds page, and the privacy policy are part of the rules for using the shop.
2. What does BuyDomainsCrypto provide?
- Search that uses RDAP, and a catalog of 15 extensions.
- A 16-digit account and a prepaid USD balance.
- An order line that stores years, nameservers, a registrant email, privacy or optional protection, and the auto-renew switch.
- A stub registrar call after the order is paid from the balance.
Registration in this build is a stub. Paying an order does not create a live registry registration. If the stub refuses a line or the call errors, that line returns to the USD balance. It is not sent back to a wallet.
3. How does my account work?
An account is a 16-digit number issued when you create it. You are responsible for keeping the number. This shop does not send a recovery email. Email and a password are optional. If you add them, you can use them to sign in. The number remains the account.
You are responsible for orders placed from the account. Do not send the number together with a password in email.
4. What does no KYC mean in these Terms?
In these Terms, “no KYC” means signup does not ask for an ID, a selfie, a passport scan, or other documents. It does not mean the acceptable-use rules are waived. It does not mean the shop has decided that no law applies to you. Checkout may still store a registrant email.
5. How are prices set and charged?
Catalog prices are US dollars per year. A .com is $12.99 to register and $12.99 to renew. The cart multiplies the yearly rate by the years you pick, from 1 to 10. Domain protection, if you add it, is $29.00 once per name and is not a second yearly registry fee. WHOIS privacy is included and is not a separate yearly charge in the catalog.
The price is taken from the catalog when the line is created. This shop does not add a card fee, because cards are not accepted.
6. How do the prepaid balance and crypto payments work?
The smallest top-up is $25.00 and the largest is $10,000.00. USDT and USDC are credited 1:1 with US dollars. Other listed coins use a short-lived spot price. The deposit page holds the quote for 30 minutes. You send the exact asset on the exact network to the address shown. An operator checks the transfer and credits the USD balance. Nothing on this page watches a chain, and there is no automatic confirmer.
Accepted coins and networks
USDT on TRC-20 (Tron), ERC-20 (Ethereum), and BEP-20 (BNB Smart Chain); USDC on ERC-20 and BEP-20; plus ETH, BNB, and TRX. The deposit page also lists BTC, BCH, LTC, and XMR. Bitcoin Lightning is not listed.
You pay the order from the USD balance, not by sending crypto directly to a per-order address at checkout. If the balance is short, the order waits. USDT and USDC follow the quote at 1:1 with USD. Other coins use the spot price on the quote.
7. How does registration work?
A name is offered when RDAP says it looks available. Paying the order runs the stub registrar. Nameservers on the order are stored. The registrant email you typed is stored on the line. If the stub refuses the line or the call errors, the amount returns to the balance.
Registration in this build is a stub. Paying an order does not create a live registry registration. If the stub refuses a line or the call errors, that line returns to the USD balance. It is not sent back to a wallet.
8. Which registry and ICANN rules apply to my domain?
Registries and ICANN publish rules for names that are actually sponsored at a registry. This build does not create that sponsorship. These Terms do not attach an accreditation, a registry-registrar agreement, or an ICANN registrant-rights clock to the stub order.
You are still responsible for the law that applies to you and for the acceptable-use list. A catalog extension may have technical expectations at a registry, such as HTTPS on some names. This shop does not enforce those checks before checkout, and it does not claim the stub has satisfied them.
9. What are my obligations as a registrant?
- Keep the account number. Do not share it with a password.
- Use the name within the acceptable-use policy.
- Give a registrant email you are willing to store on the order, if checkout asks for one.
- Do not send a seed phrase, a private key, or an auth code to support.
10. How do renewals and expiry work?
The renewal rate is the same yearly catalog rate as registration. Auto-renew is a switch on the line. This build does not run a renewal job, so the switch does not charge the balance by itself and does not create a registry expiry date. A renewal you actually pay is another order line, and it follows the same stub rule.
11. How do transfers work?
This shop does not submit transfers to a registrar and does not charge a transfer price. It does not issue a transfer code for a stub order. Do not email an auth code. A form that only keeps a code in the browser session is not a transfer.
12. What does WHOIS privacy cover?
WHOIS privacy is included on catalog names. Domain protection is $29.00 once per name. It does not register the name under another company's contact.
In this build the privacy choice is stored on the order. It does not publish or hide a live WHOIS or RDAP record, because no live registration is created. The privacy policy describes the email, the session cookie, and the analytics tag.
13. What does “Domain protection” mean?
Domain protection is $29.00 once per name, on top of the catalog price. It does not register the name under another company's contact, and it does not make this shop the registrant at a registry. It does not block an abuse report.
14. How are DNS and domain changes applied?
Nameservers are chosen at checkout and stored on the order. Changing DNS records later is a support ticket, not a live editor. This build does not push those records to a registry. Do not rely on the order as a working DNS zone.
15. When can a domain or an account be suspended?
The operator may disable an account or stop a stub order when a report shows phishing, malware, a botnet, child sexual abuse material, or fraud that takes money. A copyright, defamation, or trademark complaint alone does not stop an order. There is no live registry lock in this build.
Abuse mail is abuse@buydomainscrypto.net.
16. What is the refund policy?
The refunds page is the rule. A refused or errored stub line returns to the USD balance. An accepted line is not sent back to a wallet. Unused balance has no self-serve cash-out. A wrong network is not an automatic credit.
17. What is BuyDomainsCrypto liable for?
The shop's obligation on a paid line is to run the stub and, if that call fails, to return the line to the balance. The shop is not promising a live name, DNS that resolves, search ranking, or a reply from support within a stated time. It is not liable for a transfer sent on the wrong network, for a chain delay, or for how you use the name.
To the extent a limit is allowed, liability connected to an order is limited to the catalog amount of that order that was debited and not already returned to the balance. These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded where you live. They also do not create a promise the stub does not keep.
18. Can these Terms change?
Yes. A new version shows its updated date on this page, and a material change is noted on the changelog. The new text applies to orders placed after that date. The catalog price on an order already debited does not change backward.
19. How do I contact BuyDomainsCrypto?
Account, order, or deposit: a ticket, or support@buydomainscrypto.net. Abuse: abuse@buydomainscrypto.net. There is no phone line on this site.
