How do I report abuse of a BuyDomainsCrypto domain?

BuyDomainsCrypto is the crypto-only domain shop at buydomainscrypto.net. A .com in the catalog is $12.99 the first year and $12.99 to renew. Top-ups use BTC, BCH, LTC, XMR, ETH, USDT, USDC, BNB, TRX. Signup does not ask for an ID. Registration in this build is a stub. Send the domain, the full URL, what you saw, and the time in UTC to abuse@buydomainscrypto.net. Do not send child sexual abuse material files. A signed-in ticket is better if you can log in. This page does not promise a reply clock, a court process, or a registry takedown.

What is BuyDomainsCrypto's official takedown and data policy?

The official rule is the acceptable-use page plus this page. An operator may disable an account or stop a stub order when a report matches phishing, malware, a botnet, child sexual abuse material, or fraud that takes money. Copyright, defamation, political speech, and competitor complaints are read, and they do not by themselves stop an order.

Registration in this build is a stub. Paying an order does not create a live registry registration. If the stub refuses a line or the call errors, that line returns to the USD balance. It is not sent back to a wallet. These pages do not name a separate operating company. The shop is BuyDomainsCrypto at buydomainscrypto.net.

Registrant data is not published from this site. The privacy page says what is stored.

What counts as domain abuse?

The acceptable use page lists twelve banned uses. The reports this desk treats as urgent are:

  1. Phishing that imitates a bank, an exchange, a wallet, a brand, or a public office.
  2. Malware, an exploit kit, or a wallet stealer.
  3. A botnet command server, or DNS abuse that redirects people.
  4. Child sexual abuse material.
  5. Fraud, a fake store, an investment scam, or impersonation that takes a victim's money or data.

Spam that is not phishing, a trademark argument, sanctions questions, and ordinary copyright complaints are still outside the allowed list. They are not an automatic stop.

What should an abuse report include?

  • The domain name, exactly as registered or as ordered.
  • The full URL, not only the registrable name, and what the page or message does.
  • The time in UTC, and a short description you wrote yourself.
  • For mail: the full headers if you have them. For a site: the address you visited.
  • Your contact address if you want a reply. A reply is not promised.

Do not send child sexual abuse material, malware samples you cannot describe, a seed phrase, or someone else's account number. A report that is only “this is bad” with no URL is hard to act on.

What happens after you report abuse?

  1. The report is stored from the mailbox or from a ticket. The mailbox is not monitored on a clock.
  2. If it matches the strict list, the operator may disable the account or stop the stub order.
  3. If the stub had not accepted the line, the amount stays on, or returns to, the USD balance. It is not pushed back to a wallet.
  4. If the report is a copyright, defamation, or trademark complaint only, it is not an automatic stop.
  5. You may not receive a message back. Silence is not a confirmation that a name was stopped.

Why does BuyDomainsCrypto review other domains in the same account?

Abusive orders often share one account number. When one name matches the strict list, the operator may look at the other names on that account and stop those stub lines too. That review is manual. It is not a promise to scan every name on a schedule.

How does BuyDomainsCrypto handle UDRP complaints?

This shop does not run a UDRP desk. It does not lock a name because a provider asked, and it does not implement a panel decision, because registration in this build is a stub and there is no live registry object to lock. A trademark complaint can still be sent to the abuse mailbox. It is read as a complaint. It does not by itself stop an order.

If you need a registrar to lock a live name under a UDRP case, that request has to go to the registrar that actually sponsors the name. This page does not claim that role.

When does BuyDomainsCrypto disclose registrant data?

This site does not hand out who ordered a name. Signup does not collect an ID, a selfie, a postal address, or a phone number. Checkout may store a registrant email. That email is not published as a WHOIS record in this build, because the registrar call is a stub and no live registration is created.

This page does not describe a court-order intake, an emergency disclosure desk, or a registrar data-disclosure clock. Those are not products of this build. Do not expect a dossier in reply to an email.

What does ICANN require of registrars on abuse?

ICANN publishes contractual duties for accredited registrars, including abuse contacts and handling of certain DNS abuse. This shop does not claim to be an accredited registrar, and this build does not perform those registrar duties. The stub does not create a live registry registration, so there is no sponsored name here for those duties to attach to.

What this shop does instead is the rule on this page and on the acceptable use page: read a report, and stop a stub order or disable an account when the strict list matches.

Why does a no-KYC domain service enforce abuse rules?

Not asking for an ID does not mean phishing, malware, or child sexual abuse material is welcome. The account is a 16-digit number. That is enough for an operator to disable the account that placed the order. The absence of a passport scan does not block that step.

Abuse reports: FAQ

Does BuyDomainsCrypto take down websites?

This shop can stop a stub order and disable an account. It does not host the website, and it does not operate a live registry delete button. If the name was never created at a registry by this build, there is no registry object to delete.

No. A copyright or defamation complaint alone does not stop an order. Send it if you want it read. This page does not promise a takedown.

Can you tell me who registered a domain?

No. This site does not publish or email a registrant dossier. The account does not collect an ID.

How fast does BuyDomainsCrypto act on phishing?

There is no published number of hours. The mailbox is not a staffed clock. A clear report is what the operator needs. A promise of “within 24 hours” would be invented, so this page does not make it.

I received a phishing email that uses one of your domains. What should I send?

Send the domain, the full headers if you have them, the URL in the message, and the time in UTC to abuse@buydomainscrypto.net. Do not forward a seed phrase that the message asked you to reveal.

Does no KYC mean abusers cannot be stopped?

No. The operator can disable the 16-digit account and stop the stub order without collecting an ID.

My domain was suspended. What can I do?

If an order was stopped, write to support@buydomainscrypto.net from a mailbox you control and include the domain and the account number only if you are sure the mailbox is yours. Do not send a password. Read the acceptable use page for the banned list. A stopped abuse order is not a wallet refund.

Is a UDRP complaint the only way to recover a domain that infringes my trademark?

This shop does not recover names and does not run UDRP. A live name is sponsored by whichever registrar created it. This build's stub does not create that registration. A trademark email sent here is not a UDRP filing.
