Can I get a refund on a domain I registered?

No wallet refund for a line the stub has accepted. The catalog price was debited from the USD balance to pay that line. Changing your mind after the debit does not send the crypto back.

Registration in this build is a stub. Paying an order does not create a live registry registration. If the stub refuses a line or the call errors, that line returns to the USD balance. It is not sent back to a wallet.

What happens when a registration fails?

Search uses RDAP before a name is offered. If the name is taken before the stub runs, or the stub refuses the line, or the call errors, that line's amount returns to the USD balance. You can spend the same balance on another catalog name. The page does not broadcast a refund transaction to your wallet.

What happens to my unused balance?

Anything you do not spend stays on the USD balance. This page does not publish an expiry date. There is no self-serve cash-out to USDT, USDC, or any other asset. A top-up above the order total is not a 30-day withdrawal right. It remains balance you can use on a later order.

The smallest top-up is $25.00, including when the catalog name costs less than that. The largest top-up is $10,000.00.

What if I sent the wrong amount or used the wrong network?

The smallest top-up is $25.00 and the largest is $10,000.00. USDT and USDC are credited 1:1 with US dollars. Other listed coins use a short-lived spot price. The deposit page holds the quote for 30 minutes. You send the exact asset on the exact network to the address shown. An operator checks the transfer and credits the USD balance. Nothing on this page watches a chain, and there is no automatic confirmer.

USDT on TRC-20 (Tron), ERC-20 (Ethereum), and BEP-20 (BNB Smart Chain); USDC on ERC-20 and BEP-20; plus ETH, BNB, and TRX. The deposit page also lists BTC, BCH, LTC, and XMR. Bitcoin Lightning is not listed.

Only the asset and network on your deposit page can be credited. A transfer on another network is not picked up by this shop. If you are signed in, open a ticket. If you cannot sign in, write to support@buydomainscrypto.net with the asset, the network, the amount, and the time in UTC. Do not send a seed phrase or a private key. This page does not promise that a wrong-network transfer can be recovered.

Is there a refund after a suspension for abuse?

No. Stopping a stub order for phishing, malware, a botnet, child sexual abuse material, or fraud that takes money does not create a wallet refund. The abuse page is how a report is made. The acceptable-use page is the rule.

Can I dispute a crypto payment like a card chargeback?

No. The shop does not accept cards, so there is no card network chargeback. A crypto transfer cannot be reversed from this page. If a credit is missing, the path is a ticket with the asset, the network, the amount, and the time. The operator checks the transfer. That is not a dispute desk with a case number.

Can I cancel a domain right after I register it?

Not as a wallet refund. Once the stub accepts the line, the catalog price stays debited. There is no grace-period button that returns crypto to your wallet.

What if the domain I paid for is taken before it is registered?

The line returns to the USD balance. You can order a different name with that balance.

Can I withdraw my balance in crypto?

No. There is no self-serve withdrawal. Balance is for catalog orders on this shop.

Does my BuyDomainsCrypto balance expire?

This page does not publish an expiry date. Unused balance stays on the account until you spend it or the account page's deletion flow removes the account.

I sent USDT on BNB Chain by mistake. Can you recover it?

USDT on BEP-20 (BNB Smart Chain) is a listed network. If that is the network your deposit page showed, the operator can credit it after checking the transfer. If you sent USDT on a network the page did not show, this shop does not pick it up automatically and does not promise a recovery.

I paid more than the order total. What happens to the extra?

The extra stays on the USD balance. It is not returned in USDT or USDC on request, and it does not expire on a 30-day clock.

Can I get a refund on a renewal I no longer need?

Auto-renew is a switch stored on the line. This build does not run a renewal job, so the switch does not charge you by itself. A renewal that was never debited has nothing to refund. A line that was debited follows the same rule as a registration: no wallet refund after the stub accepts it.

Do I need to prove my identity to ask about a payment?

• No ID, selfie, or document is required to ask about a deposit.
• A ticket while signed in is the better path, because it is tied to the account number.
• Do not send a password, a seed phrase, or a private key.
