Acceptable Use Policy
Skipping an ID check is not the same as having no rules. This policy says what you may do with a name ordered at BuyDomainsCrypto, what is banned, and how this shop acts. It is part of the Terms.
Respuesta breve
What is banned on a BuyDomainsCrypto domain?
BuyDomainsCrypto is the crypto-only domain shop at buydomainscrypto.net. A .com in the catalog is $12.99 the first year and $12.99 to renew. Top-ups use BTC, BCH, LTC, XMR, ETH, USDT, USDC, BNB, TRX. Signup does not ask for an ID. Registration in this build is a stub. Ordinary lawful use is allowed. Banned uses include phishing, malware, botnets, child sexual abuse material, fraud that takes a victim's money, spam, and bad-faith trademark use. For phishing, malware, a botnet, child sexual abuse material, or fraud that takes money, an operator may disable the account or stop a stub order. That does not send crypto back to a wallet. A complaint by itself is not a court process on this page. This build does not run a UDRP desk.

1. Who does this policy apply to?
This policy applies to every BuyDomainsCrypto account and to every name ordered through the shop. It also applies to anyone you allow to use the name, such as a developer or a host. You are responsible for what is published or sent with that name.
This policy is part of the Terms. If a sentence here is stricter than the Terms, the stricter sentence is the one this shop follows. “We” means the shop at buydomainscrypto.net. These pages do not name a separate operating company.
2. What can I use a BuyDomainsCrypto domain for?
You may use a name for any lawful purpose that section 3 does not ban, including:
- Commercial use: a company site, a store, a product, or a landing page.
- Personal use: a blog, a portfolio, or mail you run yourself.
- A project that stays within the law, including a crypto or web project that is not a scam.
- Holding or reselling a name, when the name is not a bad-faith trademark target.
- The WHOIS privacy option at checkout, where the catalog includes it. This build does not publish a live WHOIS record.
A use that is not listed is still allowed when it is lawful and it is not in section 3. Paying in crypto, and not uploading an ID, is not itself abuse.
3. What is banned?
You may not use a name ordered here for the following, and you may not let someone else do it. The list has two groups.
Strict list. A clear report is enough for an operator to disable the account or stop the stub order. This page does not promise a number of hours.
- Phishing. A page or a message that pretends to be a bank, an exchange, a wallet, a brand, or a public office in order to take credentials, card data, or money.
- Malware. Distributing malware, hosting an exploit kit, or running a wallet stealer.
- Botnet. Command-and-control for a botnet, or hijacking DNS to send people somewhere else.
- Child sexual abuse material. Zero tolerance. Report the URL and the time. Do not send the files.
- Fraud that takes a victim's money. A fake store, an advance-fee scam, a fake invoice, or a fake support line.
- Investment and crypto scams. A fake trading desk, a “double your coins” page, a wallet drainer, a fake exchange, or a fake token sale.
- Impersonation to take money or data. Pretending to be a bank, a brand, a government office, or a person in order to take money or data.
- Selling stolen data. Selling card data, logins, or personal data without consent.
Also banned. A complaint alone does not stop an order on this page. This shop does not run a court-recognition desk or a trademark panel.
- Spam. Unsolicited bulk mail that advertises the name, other than mail that is itself phishing or malware.
- Bad-faith trademark use. Registering a name that matches a trademark in order to sell it to the owner, divert their customers, or harm them. This page does not decide that dispute.
- Sanctions evasion. Using the shop to evade sanctions that apply to you.
- Unlawful goods. Selling illegal drugs or illegal weapons.
Copyright, defamation, political, and competitor complaints are also not an automatic stop. Send them as a report if you want them read. This page does not promise a takedown.
4. What are my obligations as a registrant?
You keep the name inside this policy and inside the law that applies to you. In this shop that means:
- A registrant email may be stored at checkout. The account itself can exist as a 16-digit number without an email. This shop does not verify that mailbox on a registrar's 15-day clock, and it does not suspend a name for an unconfirmed mailbox.
- Keep your own copy of the account number. This shop does not send a recovery message.
- Some registries publish extra technical rules, such as HTTPS on certain extensions. This catalog does not enforce those checks before checkout. Years in the cart run from 1 to 10, including .ai, at the catalog's yearly rate. This shop does not sell extensions that require an identity document.
Signup does not ask for an ID, a selfie, or documents. The check this shop actually has is the acceptable-use list on this page.
5. How does BuyDomainsCrypto enforce this policy?
The operator acts on what a report shows, and only with the tools this build has.
Strict list: phishing, malware, botnets, child sexual abuse material, fraud that takes a victim's money, impersonation to take money or data, and selling stolen data. A clear report is enough. This page does not publish a 24-hour clock. Child sexual abuse material is the same list, and you still must not send the files.
Everything else: a complaint alone does not stop an order. This shop does not lock a name for a trademark panel, and it does not apply a foreign court order as a registrar product. Those processes are not this build.
What the operator can do here:
- Stop a stub order so that line does not proceed.
- Disable the account when the report shows serious or repeated abuse.
- Read other names on the same account when one name matches the strict list. Abuse is often more than one name.
There is no live registry suspension switch, because registration in this build is a stub. This site does not publish registrant data.
6. What happens to my payment if my domain is suspended?
Stopping a stub order for abuse does not create a wallet refund. Crypto that was already credited is not sent back from this page. A line the stub refuses still returns to the USD balance. The refunds page is the rule for balance.
Opening a new account to keep doing what this policy bans is still a breach. Prices are the catalog rates on the pricing page.
7. How do I report a breach of this policy?
Write to abuse@buydomainscrypto.net with the domain, the full URL, what you saw, and the time in UTC. The Report abuse page says what a useful report contains. Do not send child sexual abuse material. Send the URL and the time only.
Support mail for other topics is support@buydomainscrypto.net. Do not send an account number, a password, a seed phrase, or a transfer code.
8. Can this policy change?
Yes. When the text changes, this page shows a new updated date, and the change is noted on the changelog. The new text applies from that date. This shop does not submit transfers to another registrar, so there is no transfer-away product if you disagree.
